Dues and Fees: Information

Annual Association Dues

Our community year runs May 1 through April 30.  Statements are normally sent out each May.  2023/2024 dues are $100 for the year.

Board positions are all volunteer - the annual dues support association activates for our neighborhood:
  • Maintenance of the main entrance area on 152nd Pl SE and by the Horizon Heights III monument.
  • Annual business meeting and one or two additional neighborhood gatherings when there is not a pandemic danger.
  • horizonheights.org website and neighborhood directory.
  • Repairs and capital improvements as required, such as for entrance lighting and upgrades.
  • Some set-aside for City of Bellevue matching $ projects for our neighborhood.
When dues are due, you can pay right on this website (preferred)!  Select the small bell in the upper right of the home screen to start the process.  You can pay via a credit card or a bank account.  (A bank account has to be verified and it can take a couple of days.)  If you have already paid for a particular year, that option is no longer available.  (You cannot pay a year more than once.)

You can check your payment history also - select the drop down with your name in it (upper right) and then select Online Payment History.

If you prefer to write a check (we will not have your payment history online), please make it out to Horizon Heights Community Association, and mail to:

c/o Phil Morrissey, HHCA President

If you want any help determining your paid/not-paid status (for the current year and/or prior years) , please contact: [email protected]

Home Sale and Refinance Fee

The Association charges a $50 fee due when you sell or refinance your property, related to the effort necessary to complete the paperwork required by escrow/transfer agents.  This is normally settled at your closing so you don't make a separate payment yourself.

Escrow/transfer agents: please send paperwork to [email protected] and remittance to the address of the President above.  Thanks.
